Second Week

This is the diary, of my diet. Die with a capital D.
So far I have 1 week under my belt and not a lot of cheating. I start weight watchers AGAIN ( for the 2nd time ) this week.

Lets see where this goes.

Today I have started off good. Got stuff for lunch, 1% milk to mix my diet drink, some Go Lean Oatmeal, 1 fruit per day ( pear, nanner, orange ), and the frozen veggies to mix with my eggs at lunch.

I still give myself 1 meal a day to have what I want, as long as I either cook it myself or it is not fast food.

I have cut out fast food all together, and no diet / soda drinks. Unless they are 100 % organic with no funky sugar stuff.

I really notice that when I dont drink diet drink for some reason, I am less hungry.
