ok Still being good. Had my diet drink for breakfast, and a 1/2 cup of cherrios, then had a pear for a snack, 2 eggs, and bell peppers with a little asiago for lunch, and then diet drink late day, then yes, chinease food for dinner...Yum !
I let my dinner be the one meal I dont like watch myself on, so far its 1 meal a day I get to eat what I want...
Gosh what is wrong with eating what you want...!!!!
Try 150 lbs over weight..
